Glass House

The Glass House by Philip Johnson is a monument in the Connecticut Valley for modern buildings and structures. This shows experimenting with a new from of architecture that is very new to this time period. It also goes against the extravagant houses built in the 17 and 18 hundreds. It is the definition of simple with just glass walls, everything can be seen looking in from the outside. Other buildings on the grounds are full of modern art and sculptures.Image
