Romanticism

This book cover is from early america and it represents romanticism because of the elaborate detail and color that is on it. This may be seen as an element of nature in a way because of the unique usage of bright color on the cover. It is romantic because these beautiful colors were not commonly seen in the 1600’s. The gold detail is different for it’s time and can represent romanticism. h2_56.522.104
