Shakespeare in modern times has stayed as strong and prevalent as he did when he originally wrote his works. Shakespeare “was not of age, but for all time”. This quote by Ben Johnson, truly embodies the nature of Shakespeare, because unlike many playwright in his day, his works have stayed relevant and allowed people to connect and stay true to his plots. His life experiences brought him experiences from all walks of life, from being a poor black market dealer, to a student, a teacher, and finally a playwright. This ability derived from his experiences that taught him how to connect with the pit, and the upper levels at the same time. With this talent, has allowed him to stay relevant, and connect with generations, as time has passed, proving that he is the greatest play write of all
time.
